The Advents are repetitive and after a couple of hours of trawling through them, I begin to feel brain dead! It is also disappointing to see many of the bigger companies having mostly offers, tips, or stocking ideas behing their doors!
Anyone elso counting the days down until next Saturday 12th when many finish?
I do enjoy the Advents but always find the first week heavy going!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
Eating gets in the way at the moment, not a bad thing as I'm trying to lose weight anyway, so not snacking isn't bad! Getting up 2 hours earlier than normal for me is tough though! I fell asleep for an hour on the sofa this evening...I just enter and forget...hoping to win something!0

Right trained the newt to diddle and have gained an extra 20 minutes. Eating through a tube and not engaging with any family conversation. Planning on phoning in sick for most of next week. This way I reckon I will get through them by the 2nd January.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.
Virtuous action, now, at this very moment.

Willing acceptance - now, at this very moment - of what you can’t change0 -
I've been doing the mag dailies at midnight as I'm usually awake until 1am at least. They're playing up for me again, though.
I have a long list of advents bookmarked - longer than last year but I haven't counted yet - and work through them in stages during the day. Not too flustered yet tbh. If I don't get chance to enter them then it's no biggie ...
Snooker has been getting in the way a bit. When my favourite players go out I always say I won't bother watching any more, but I always do!0 -

It's been interesting for me, came back home to the UK from the USA on the 1st December and I haven't got used to the time difference yet! My body clock is 6 hours behind, so I keep finding myself not being able to sleep at night and sleeping during the day...which is making advents so much worse.0
