    The petition could have done with a native English speaker writing it.

    I don't understand what the tenant having a deposit or not has to do with anything?

    If yours gets 10,000 signatures I'll donate £5 to an agreed housing charity:

    If yours gets 100,000 (then parliament has to discuss it I think) £20.

    If your petition gets the law changed before 2018 £100.

    I will donate double the amount of money, for half the amount of signatures required.

    So, 5,000 signatures = £10 etc etc
    Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.
