Evening, I am not creating a PP list as I will target products I want to use up anyway and I get through a fair amount anyway.

2) brightside bubble bar WBA love the scent and pairs well with the enchanter bath ballistic.

3) the enchanter bath bomb WBA but strange I have several more of these.

4) future primative wild grass and quince jam body whip WMBA nice enough product.

I 'restocked' my stash Jan sales before last:eek::eek: Kind of over estimated how much stuff I'll use in a year and also got given a lot of toiletries last year at Christmas. I don't think Ive asked for any this year so hopefully there will be less.

It has been a long time since I have posted here (I've been boringly, frustratingly ill...) but I carried on keeping a list of my UUs and was doing ok with not buying until Black Friday came along. I'm impressed that everyone else seems to have resisted all of the offers! I bought some practical things (Effaclar Duo+ and Serozinc in a value bundle and a 250ml bottle of Bioderma to try) and some 'wants' (Le Soft perfume sticks that were about 70% off. I went a bit overboard with these ) I also bought the M&S advent calendar a couple of weeks ago but I'm very excited about that and happy that I was able to get one (It's part of my Christmas present.)

I'm up to 224 UUs for the year and would love to reach 250 UUs before the year is out. I have a few splutterers and a few minis on the go but I'm doubtful I'll be able to finish nearly one thing a day for the next month. I will give it a go though...

I'm interested in setting some form of make-up based project pan targets for next year. I'd like to get more use out of my eyeshadow palettes so it might be as simple as concentrating on one palette per month. My other idea is to try to use as much of my Laura Mercier Christmas 2013 double decker palette as possible - it has lovely cream cheek colours and lip glosses that I'd hate to see go off. There are also eight eyeshadows but there's no way I could finish those up in a year! :eek: I really admire the people that pan an entire palette in a year but I would rather get good use out of all of my palettes than restrict myself to just one. If anything I need to be prompted to be more adventurous and not just stick to a palette that I know works easily. Does that make sense?

My last pledge/aim is to only buy one thing in the sales - a La Vie Est Belle gift set. The January sales are the worst time of year for me in terms of temptation. I love finding bargains but I simply have more than I can use up. Maybe I would allow myself a candle as well? Again, I need to think this through properly. Is anyone else going to try a sales no buy or a low buy?

Anyhow. I'm happy to be back and I hope to post regularly but if I go quiet I'll still be reading along and cheering on everyone's progress :T :T :T

I've finally placed an order from Lush as a birthday present to myself plus I;ve made a Superdrug order of essentials so I will have a fair amount of INs coming soon!

Count me in.

This month I have to finish a lot but I will focus only on four items. Anything more will be a bonus.

1. garnier cleanser, it's ok but not loving it.

2. Foundation- max factor disappeared over the day, at least the guerlain stays on all day. So will finish the guerlain and donate the max factor.

3. Lancôme eclat miracle. Seems to give a glow, small amount left will try to use up

4. One bottle of shampoo.

This is a tight month so basically, nothing new coming in as it got too much. I need to keep to a tight budget, overspent last month and the ovdraft was high so this month need to say out of the ovdraft as much as possible. So no more sales or impulse buys for a while.

I think if I use the stash this month I can still treat myself loads by finding new uses and combinations.

Thanks Deleted_User for the new thread. I'm back. Again not making a list of PP products but will keep putting together a makeup bag for the week.

My totals for November were surprisingly good. I thought I had loads of INs but most of the items I bought were gifts. Here goes:-

INS 17. Of these the dry shampoo, conditioner and shave cream were needed as I didn't have any more of those products in my stash; 7 were gifts; the remaining 7 items were a bottle of OPI, wipes, soap and the Avon order consisting of hand creams body butter and a pencil sharpener which were not necessary but well priced and items I know I will use/gift.

UUs : 18 full sized plus 6 sachets

TA/GA: 14

i will run out of shave cream again soon but otherwise will try to be good. X

Willowbee - welcome back. I use one palette/duo or combination of single eyeshadows for one whole month at a time. I would rather get use of 12 different palettes over the year than just one. Last month I used the Naked palette every single day and depressingly you can hardly tell I've used it - and it wasn't new at the start either. Only one shadow has a dip the rest just look swatched.

I have a few eye shadow palettes, I need to wear eye shadow... all of the other make up I have I use but never eye shadow. I think I'll chose one and put it out on my bureau instead of tidied away. That way I'll notice it and use it... wish me luck!

Few bits UU already...

Ted baker butterfly body wash 250ml- WBA nice scent and lathers up well. It made a good bubble bath too.

Ted baker treasured orchid bath foam 250ml - WBA nice scent and loads of bubbles. Wish it were a bigger bottle size though.

Ted baker bath gem- WBA but probably can't now! This was in a gift pack. Nice scent. Threw it in the bath with the Ted baker bath foam and my bath smelt amazing. Love the packaging and a bit gutted its gone.

Derma v10 cranberry body butter 50ml- Wnba this was a bit of a strange consistency as it had dried up quite a lot I reckon. It was fresh out of a gift pack but had probably gone off. It was perfect in consistency for my feet though so I used it on my feet. The colours in this are really strong, at first it dyed my hands and feet bright pink! The scent is nice, so it's a shame really. Glad I didn't use it elsewhere as bright pink arms aren't very appealing!!
