Hi
Not sure if this is already covered somewhere, but you can create a re-install medium that will get authenticated automatically if you have already registered your Windows 10.
Need to create a USB, DVD or ISO?
If you need to install or reinstall Windows 10 using a USB or DVD, you can use the media creation tool below to create your own installation media with either a USB flash drive or a DVD. The tool provides file formats optimised for download speed and can be used to create ISO files.

I created a DVD for the longer term usage, and a USB version for those without optical drives, like a new iMac etc etc.
It is a big download, 4+ gigabytes and a fair amount of time creating and veryfying etc, but I am glad I did.

in an hour had it all installed inc games and software i use (Downloaded once win Install) and i use a lot stuff inc nvidia and mobo drivers... i think how long it take depends on the hard drive you have i have samsung 250gb pro. Thou downloading and preparing the windows 10 for USB does take forever. While this is happening ( I learnt this misake when i install clean copy of 10) is download all the drivers so they ready when when win 10 installed. This way save you having to download and look for them.0
