Made to Measure Blinds Nightmare!

I've purchased 3 blinds from 247 blinds , I ordered White Linen with colour-co-ordinated Linen tapes. However, the blinds have arrived and they are Ivory, it is plastered all over the box yet the delivery note says White Linen still. The colour is indeed very cream/ivory, not what you would expect as White Linen. Also the tape is a completely different colour, this is white? I'm confused! So we have ivory blinds with a white tape (look stupid!) They have said that Ivory is the colour that their supplier describe them as (I didn’t order from their supplier though did I?) and they call them ‘white linen’. Now I appreciate that I should have ordered a sample of the blinds to check the colour but this would not have prevented the issue with the tapes?
I have rang and spoke with them this morning, they have said they do not refund as they are made to measure and that it is basically my problem not theirs. I pressed the fact that the tapes are not colour co-ordinated and they said that colour co-ordinated does not mean and exact match?? So I then referred to all the photos on their website which clearly show that the tapes are the same colour as the blinds (you can hardly tell they are there on some pictures!)
Do I have a leg to stand on or do I write this off as a bad experience and lick my wounds for the £350 I’ve lost?

If the goods aren't as described, they can't disclaim liability - even if the goods were made to measure.
Are they saying that they're unable to provide blinds that match (ie the colour of the panels & the colour of the tape part)? If so, I'd be using that to push for a refund. If their website showed the colours as matching then it should be easy to show the blinds were not as described (i mean colour can vary on a monitor......but then the colour of both would vary and not just one).
How did you pay? Your bank may be able to help if you paid by credit or debit card. If the items were over £100 each (if priced separately, if it was a bundle/package you bought then it would be the price of the package) and on credit card, then your card company are jointly liable.
If it was under £100 or on debit card, try a chargeback. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
An inconvenience, not a nightmare.0

Since the above post I have been in touch with them via email, and they have now said:
The white linen blind is more of a creamy colour although the 'linen' tape on the site would be probably be majority of customers first choice it is always advisable to check first before you order'
They then go on to suggest I should have ordered cream instead? (But you cannot order sample tapes on the website?)
However, they also included a photo of the blinds I ordered (from the website) and go on to say that as I should be able to agree the tapes on these blinds are not white linen, but as they are the exact same colour as the blind (colour co-ordinated) then does this mean the blind isn’t white linen either?!
I really feel mislead by what they offer online and their explanation. Basically, in a nut shell all of the colours are open to personal interpretation? And what they call their colours is totally different to what their suppliers call them too!
I have apparently been supplied with the colours I ordered so am not entitled to dispute the colours.
I did indeed purchase with a credit card so if I have no joy then will pursue with them.

Blind makers do not have tapes for every colour of blind fabric (as there are many more fabrics than tapes) so usually there is a slight mismatch, you ordered the blinds without asking for any samples and these were made to order for you.
Names of colors do not always match what you might think they can be misleading as you have found.
I don't see how you can then claim against the supplier for something that does not seem to be their fault.0 -

The bit in bold answers your last sentence. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Which type of blinds did you buy, was it the wooden venetians? The 'linen white' does indeed look very cream/ivory in comparison to the 'icecap white' next to them.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
