I definitely feel that I've done lots for little today


First an email from Mr T saying they had credited me for an order - one I hadn't had as I had changed it to come today and changed most of the items and don't appear to have paid for it either ?


Then a phone call from Mr T saying there was a glitch in their system and they couldn't charge the order that was coming today. Would I give them the card number or go onto customer service and verify my number with them - which I agreed to do.


Then I discovered I didn't have any internet :mad: So after lots of fiddling about, getting checks done and switching the system off and on twice - I was about to ring supplier and it flickered into life - Hoorah !!


Phoned the cs at Mr T and eventually (15 mins) she took my card details and said order would arrive as arranged.


This afternoon delivery arrived and would you Adam and Eve it, it was my original order that I had cancelled and been credited for, but missing three items !!!!!! !!! The delivery guy just shook his head, apologised and took away what I didn't want. Unfortunately it meant I didn't have the salad I was going to have for dinner tonight :mad:


Checked my Mr T account on-line and it showed today's order as what I had expected to arrive - not what did !! So on the phone again, explained all the on-goings and got the guy to phone me back.


Long story short - now being credited with the items from original order plus £5 for MOC I had used and couldn't use again because the system thinks I've used it AND £5 electronic voucher for my troubles. Will wait and see what I actually pay/get credited and work out if in pocket or not and add it next month.

not sure as have MS to complete tomorrow and submit. DS doesn't want to come with me but think he needs to get out of the house so fresh air will do him good. With DH at home hard to get on as he hates it. although he is sitting watching a lot of films!

I might do next week. I had so much hassle sending them stuff last week because of my name change, and proving that my number was mine, and current bills that they said had no date and they did :rotfl: I can fully understand money laundering etc they have to whiter than white, but it was getting to be a hassle and felt like saying keep your money :rotfl: then the mser in me was like noooooooooooo I will get it! :money:
