I've had a quote from a plasterer. I'd appreciate your thoughts on price.

3 bedrooms to be fully overskimmed, the bathroom to be patched, the landing patched, the kitchen patched, the living room to be patched. £1200 Including all material provided by plasterer and remove and rehang radiators

Thank you

  • . Prepping and Patching 1 - 1.5 days
    Bedroom 1 1.5days
    Bedroom 2 1 day
    Bedroom 3 1 Day

Plus cost of plumber plus materials sounds ok to me.

And me - that's about what my tame (and housetrained!) plaster would be looking at if I'd done that rewire here in W. Yorks.
