    Hi Kojo

    The email address you've used is to a different team in another part of the business. Don't worry, it's a good address as they deal with complaints. They're replying within 48 hours at the moment so you should have an answer shortly. Let me know if you haven't and I'll chase. If you use the mail address Helena advised in post 6 above, it'll come straight through to us. We're not in until Monday but will pick it up when back in.

    Good evening,

    I have received another LCS chase letter (final demand) dated 3/12/15.

    I would like you to contact LCS and stop the contact to myself, ASAP. I have sent you proof, that I am NOT responsible for the debt stated in their letters and I would like you to confirm, LCS have been updated correctly.

    Please can you reply to me straight away, as it is EON's error and I am not happy how this is being dealt with.
