No I cannot wait at all to meet my little niece/nephew.It was so nice being out for dinner with them when my brother in law got to share their news with me and probably every other person there and not just because the restaurant was one of those very nice indeed kind of places but because they both of them vseemed so happy and proud and I just know that they are going to be the most wonderful parents ever.
It is going to be fun at home for the next few months because he absolutely hates the job that she does and thinks that it too high risk at the best of times and he has already asked her to stop working which did not get a positive response at all.

Is that my brother in law and me trying to keep her safe because her job really is awful as far as I am concerned and her patients are generally completely degenerate and total scum of the earth and despite being infected with everything known to man most of them would not and do not think twice about attacking the staff when they do not get the answers that they want. I would never admit this to her but I can totally see why he wants her to quit.Debt August 2007 - £38,204.58 - Completely Debt Free - May 2008 - Now Proudly Saving.DFW Nerd Number 684 - Proud To Have Dealt With My Debts:heartpuls Very Proud Aunty Ciara :heartpuls0 -
I have had a really good day today and even managed to make some sales all by myself today and my boss has even promised to pay me a bonus at the end of the month because of this so that will mean more money to give to the debt collectors at the end of the month.
I need to adjust the totals in my signature because I got a bankers draft out of my emergencies fund to pay off my holiday although I am really not sure that two weeks in Ibiza in July can ever really be classed as an emergency.
I have a new plan which is to try and pay off all of my debt before August this year which I am not really very sure is actually achieveable but I am going to do my very best to do it anyway and at least see how far I get.

Hi Ciara
Just wanted to say I've been glued to this thread for ages, has taken me ages to get through as I kept having to pretend to do some real work whenever the boss walked past me.
Anyway, I just wanted to say congratulations to you (and your sis and bil obviously) - you've accomplished such a lot in such a short time, you really should be so proud of yourself! I've really enjoyed seeing you become more confident (yes, really!) and take control of everything. You're great, and don't you go forgetting it.
K x
ps. I've got a feeling you're going to be such a cool auntieLead me not into temptation - I can find it perfectly well all by myself0 -
I woke up with a really unpleasant hangover this morning to find that I had freshly cooked bacon rolls and some cereal and fruit and toast and very strong coffee and orange juice and even a saucer with two painkillers on it on a table for me at my bedside. :rotfl: These were put there by my sister who is supposed to be resting just now and for once letting other people look after her a little bit because even although she has never been hungover in her life she is convinced that a hearty breakfast is the way to cure it and always does the same thing and cooks loads. It did actually help though and once I actually started to eat I did feel masses better but I think that maybe even although home cocktail parties may be very cheap and DFW as well as glam and fun they are maybe not the best idea for me or my head or my liver.
I have been really good today and finished all of my mystery shops and I will sign up for more when they become available. I went shopping for art supplies for using at work which for me is an essential spend because it is part of my job only this time I was very good and went and bought a lot of things out of pound shops instead of out of art supply stores which has saved me a small fortune.

I sat down over dinner and tried to outline my plans to be debt free by August which I did partly because I was looking for some support and for them to understand why as of tomorrow I will be becoming even more of a skinflint than usual but also partly to try and change their conversation from my sister giving up working for a few years which is just never going to ever happen because she will never do that no matter what anybody has to say to her about it. Anyway I think that I have got my points across quite well although neither of them understood my reasons for wanting to do it so quickly nearly as well as I had thought that they would.
My sister is now moving about the house with a packet of post it notes sticking them on to anything that can be ebayed or sold at a car boot sale to raise extra only I am a bit worried because I am not sure that there is actually anything left without a post it on it. :rotfl: I am just not sure that I should be accepting any more help from her because she has helped me out far more than I have deserved already.

Aww Ciara what a wonderful sis you have ! I'm sure I've said that before, and you have agreed with me, but even though your parents are not much help you sister seems to more than compensate for them. You are very lucky but then so is she as you have been able to support her recently and I am sure she will be glad of your help when the little bundle comes along.Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.
