Yeah our market isn't the same as further down the country unfortunately.
I just need to right person to come and see it.
Ha ha I wish I could pick it up and take it with me.0 -
The pdf brochure hasn't been done properly - the text just fizzles out at the end of page 3.
An address would be useful, rather than having to figure it out from Street View.
And if they're going to keep on using "complemented" they should really find out how to spell it, but that's just one of my bugbears...0 -
Thanks for your feedback davidmcn.
Will speak to to agent tomorrow, have made a list
Floor plans
Pdf to be fixed
To check spelling
The address is shown i.e. The street name, what else should be included?0 -

Yeah Blackhills Road runs in to East View where my house is. Will see if they can perhaps include a postcode.
Thanks!0 -
Don't think you can do a huge amount part from price or wait. Thats the nature of the area.0

time of year !
your current price seems competitive in relation to what is (currently) on offer as a "4" bedroom property priced between 60k - 70K... provided people want your location
bearing in mind the 4th bed is a loft conversion with limited headroom for a large part of the room (based on the photo impression only) I think yours should have had viewers if there were any in the market given you are cheaper than the other 4 bed within 3 miles and it is only when you go out to 10 miles that you get real competition (ie Hartlepool)
that said I am sorry to say if it were me I would look at the other property first as that is a "proper" 4 bed, although the fact that too is "reduced" in price confirms (as we know) that housing sells very slowly where you are because few people have any money0 -
Ha ha thanks. That floor plan has a little error in that it shows the stairs as being in the dining room, they run between the two rooms but give a good indication of layout.
Floor plans are one of the first things I have been looking at when looking at new houses so can't believe I missed that my house doesn't have one.0
