I was reviewed for transition from dla to pip last Xmas. After a terrible lying atos report my money was cut and reconsideration failed. I have autism and a rhumatic illness. I won tribunal 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything about the back pay court said dwp should pay from which was this time last year. How long after tribunal foes it take?

Times vary and wil depend on DWP. Remember they can also appeal the decision.0

If you walked away with a letter of entitlement it will come through a lot quicker, but generally if after 2 weeks you haven't heard anything you can get on their back over it.0
