switching accounts

Hi
My daughter switched to Halifax hoping to get £100 but she's just received a letter saying that because she received a cash offer since Jan 2012 shes not eligible for the £100. What do they mean by this ? She hasn't received anything from them. However I have received £100 from them when I switched accounts a while back. Is it only one person per household that can receive it?
TIA

Clearly you're both very familiar with the offer T&Cs, having each read them.
Equally clearly, you both therefore know there's no restriction "per household".
Conclusion: There's a problem! (maybe you share the same first name initial?)
This should obtain a resolution (and maybe a little extra for her trouble)...
