First Direct - how long before paying out?

I recently moved (end of October) to First Direct using the MSE deal for the £150 cashback and have paid in the requisite £1000, but I haven't yet received the £150 that was advertised.

Those of you who have taken on one of those deals with FD, how long did you have to wait for the cashback to be paid?

Mine was paid very quickly. I applied for the account on the deadline for the £150 deal ending, my switch went through on the 17th November and I got paid my bonus on the 25th November. The quickest switching bonus I've received so far.

My switch completed mid Nov and got the payment a few days ago so well within the 28 days stated in Tand C.

About a week after switching for myself and few people I told to switch

29 working days from the day they switched my direct debits. Only got it then as I sent them a message asking them to look into it. Admittedly they couldn't switch my current account, but did tell me that they would still pay me the incentive as it was them that couldn't do it.

Got my £150 this week though, so very pleased :j

A few working days. I only wish their internet banking was as good as their pay out for me.
