Balance Transfers opposite accounts

Hi,
I have a Virgin Account with 0% till June 2017 (old account) current balance 4k - paying roughly 24% interest
I also have Barclays Account with 0% till End 2016 (old account) current balance 5k - paying roughly 20%
Question is, can I transfer opposite amounts to the account and get the benefit. e.g. move my 5k to virgin and get benefit of the zero down till June 2017. Transfer 4k to barclays and get the zero down?
Thanks
