Quote for the conservatory

Hi,
I am keen in getting a conservatory which I can use all year long. I have a semi detached house.
The quote I have been given is around 7000£ for a 2.7 x 4.2m.
This includes two side walls, one attached with neighbour's wall. Glass roof, plastering and electrics.
The only extra thing which I need to do is moving boiler outlet duct which is on the back wall, and needs to be moved to a side wall, was wondering how much will it cost me approximately and 7000£ is ok or should I get for something lower.
Thanks

lower!! this is an amazing price, I got three quotes for a similar size with glass roof and pilkington glass, tiling and full height wall one side and small wall two other sides. Ours was £13k and the quotes ranged up to £22k for everest. Is this for your builder to put a base in too? Seems really cheap - are you up north? Ours was priced for south east rip off england.Food and Smellies Shop target £50 pw - managed average of £49 per week in 2013 down to £38.90 per week in 20160

Yes I am in North West, the price includes base as well.
13k wow that is too much I think0 -
anyone else with any input before I sign on the dotted line.0

For 7k I'd be biting there hand off if I knew they were any good that is, If you are hoping for a cheaper price then you will be sorely disappointed I'm afraid.0

As far as their reputation is concerned, they are a local company and have quite good reviews.0
