Thanks, but I deliberately didn't include that in my post because if you click the link on the site it lists everything you need to include in your email.

no probs it's just some people i think do the same as me and have a draft email with all our details in it (so i dont have to type it out every time) and have another screen up with it all ready to go and find it quicker to just copy and paste the email address and subject rather than click the link open another screen to copy and paste the info from there i could be wrong maybe it's just me? i was'nt being rude sorry!
