I'm with BPHA and awaiting a cheque within 30 days of Letter dated 25th Nov. five years worth of interest!

I also received a letter from L & Q last week! Seven years of interest...wow my husband and I are still in shock and so grateful for this unexpected cash! We've been told 30 days not working days so I am hoping to receive the money mid to end of Jan! Hope you all receive your money soon, merry Christmas xx

Hello, I received the same kind of letter back on the 14th December I still haven't received the cheque. I was told I would get it by the end of January then I was told 5-10 working days as cheque with finance department the 10h working day was last Friday still nothing? What are other people experiences??

Hello,
I also received a letter on the 14th December detailing the refund etc. I was told the cheque would be with me by the end of Jan, it didn't arrive, I emailed and contacted L&Q and was told the cheques were with the finance dept and would be sent out in the next 5-10 working days the 10th day was last Friday and still nothing. No one is responding to my emails now. Has anyone else had any troubles with this?

No I was told end of Jan and then 5-10 working days that finaihed last Friday nothing has arrived! What about you?

I've was contacted by MHO about it (email!). To be sure, I contacted the FCA, and they said have no information about this...

Does anyone knows anything about the whole story?

Hi there,
It was the trading standards that oringinally found the error however this organisation no longer exists and have emalgamated with another organisation so it it possible that the FCA don't know about it. I have been told by L&Q that my refund was posted today by special delivery so I'll keep you posted!
