G24 final notice letter

I left my car in a homebase parking in Essex for ~1hour(from 9.30 to 10.30-10.40) on a Sunday morning but the store opens at 10. Now, after a month I received a final notice letter to pay 100£, problem is .. I did not receive other letters before this. Should I ignore it ?

you should appeal it to G24 (who will refuse the appeal)

then you ignore it for 6 years unless they try a court claim

meantime , complain to the landowner and insist on a cancellation, in writing

Ignoring has been bad advice since the law changed in 2012, so no, you shouldn't ignore.


As Redx has advised, you need to appeal AS KEEPER to G24 using the appeal template in the NEWBIES thread exactly as it is.
