Programs for making Windows 10 more like Windows 7?

Recently upgraded to 10 from Win 7 a couple of months ago.

Initially I though it was great but find the start menu, Cortana and a few other issues very annoying.

Has anyone installed certain programs/add ons to make it more like Windows 7 again.

You can turn Cortana off if you don't want to use it.
