I know this company was reported earlier, but I want to share with you my story:
1. They offer just slightly cheaper price than other companies
2. It is not possible to phone them up
3. You will never receive any kind of confirmation email at all
4. They were advertised on on of these websites, e.g. pricespy
I have paid for a dishwasher, fortunately using my credit card. I think with debit card you are usually less protected against fraud. Bank will refuse you to get money back (I have experience in the past with this).
Today morning I phoned up my credit card provider and fortunately they confirmed that nothing has gone through.
I also requested a new card, as they've got all my details.
Hope someone will find this helpful. If you bought anything from them yesterday, do something about it asap!

Non-delivery is a valid chargeback reason, you would get your money back if you paid via debit card. I don't know why you experienced what you did with your bank but I can only think that either you were fobbed off or the situation was more complicated than simple non-delivery.0 -
So nothing has gone through... how exactly have you been scammed?A smile costs nothing, but gives a lot.It enriches those who receive it without making poorer those who give it.A smile takes only a moment, but the memory of it can last forever.0

I'd guess OP researched the company after handing over their card details.
The domain name was set up on 2nd November 2015 and appears to have been taken over by the domain name registrar ("Repossessed by Go Daddy"). Registered with stolen credit card details, perhaps? It's currently off-line.
