Hi,
Thanks to folks on here I've had my S&S isa for a little over a year now. Its a 5-10 year minimum hold ideally saving for when the kids get more expensive.
Currently it's invested in VLS 60 and stands at 10K and I'm adding £300 a month.
I reading and learning more every day and starting to think I will need to look at other funds soonish. I'm hoping before April I can max it out by moving some cash savings across too.
At what level do others look to diversify from one single fund (assuming Vanguard could go belly up)?
Also started very small on P2P recently too for a small amount of my invest-able money.
I'm going to have to open a personal pension as well before April to reduce my tax liability, so if I do go for SIPP over stakeholder I'll put this in another fund I imagine.
Thanks

If you're investing in a fund like VLS60 then there should be no need to use another fund as it's balanced within it.
If you're very wary of risks then you may want to use a different provider's similar fund once you go above the £50k fscs limit on that one.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
