First Direct - Second Current Account

Me and my other half have opened a new joint account at First Direct, and intend to switch over soon.
However, we both have our own current accounts and pay £300 per month from the joint account to our personal accounts each month.
I've only just realised that we would be charged £10 p/m for these accounts as we don't get £1000 per month paid in to them or as an average balance
Does anyone know how we could get around this? I really want to bank with First Direct but this is putting me off....

Ahh okay so taking this point:
In relation to any second or subsequent 1st Account in the same name. (If you hold a sole and joint account, your joint account will not be considered to be in the same name unless all joint account holders are the same).
....I initially thought this meant I would need to pay as the account will be Sole as opposed to Joint, but does it mean I won't have to pay? I guess the last sentence is key!
EDIT: Got it, it's been a long week. Subsequent accounts don't attract a fee YAY0 -
