Liability Insurance?

Hi, I’m looking for a bit of insurance advice please.

We have an indoor swimming pool at our residential home and have a swimming instructor who is interested in conducting swimming lessons in our pool for some of her customers.

She has her own public liability insurance which will cover her whilst conducting the lessons, my concern is would we also need some kind of public liability or Property Owners liability insurance with people coming and going through the property? I'm worried about people claiming they tripped, slipped and hurt themselves etc and come after me claiming.

I've contacted my existing home insurer who not surprisingly wouldn't cover this as it's business related. I've also rung around a few brokers who wouldn't cover as it's not a proper business!

I also rang the British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA) who have a helpline, however they said they couldn't offer any advice!

Would it be a good idea to get people to sign some kind of disclaimer before they enter the property?
