  • I had a nightmare with TT mobile, I refused to pay, so BCW took over. I wrote to the CEO of TT, Dido Harding asking her to delegate my case to a responsible person in her office, (as she is obviously very busy with Cyber Hackings).

    It was all sorted out in 24 hrs. and a very humble apology for my appalling treatment from TTmobile.

    Virgin Media (National) Broadband was sold to TalkTalk earlier on in the year (as posted above).

    I'd be very surprised if Virgin Media didn't contact you in some way to inform of you of the change in ADSL provider.
    It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.
