Was involved in an accident (not my fault), don't want to claim personal injury?

Ok, so I was involved in a moderate T-Bone crash a woman pulled out infront of me she admitted it was her fault and took liability, her insurance have took my car for repairs etc..
But I kind of felt sorry for her, she was very shook up (weirdly, i wasn't and it was my first week of driving!). Now I have a tiny bit of whiplash and Im quite tall with long legs and banged my knee and the seat belt has hurt my ribs (its all minor stuff really will recover in no time). But here's where it gets weird I don't want to claim for personal injury because I don't want the womans insurance premium to go up more than it should have to. She said her no claims is protected but her monthly will still go up. She was so nice and it was a genuine mistake she made. Ive been told by family im stupid for not claiming for my injuries even the insurance woman sounded a bit shocked when I told her I don't really want to claim personal injury.
I just feel it was a genuine mistake she made and she shouldn't have to suffer higher premiums than necessary. So I have a few questions.
Her insurance premium is going up no matter what due to the claim of my vehicle repairs but will it go up even more if I was to claim personal injury?
Will she know i've claimed personal injury, if yes will she know exactly what I claimed for? I don't want her thinking "the cheeky ******* there was nothing wrong with him when we crashed", it was later on/next day when the adrenaline wore off I felt it all

how fast was the speed ???if it was a slow speed crash the insurance industry will be very unlikely to
allow a claim for personal injury0 -
I was doing roughly 27mph but I slammed on and probably hit around 10-15mph. but they asked ME and brought it up whilse on the phone if I wanted to claim personal injury and they said they was going to send some personal injury forms out If I changed my mind.0

You claiming for injuries will make no difference to her premiums - if her insurer has accepted liability then the impact on her premium will happen anyway.
If you were genuinely hurt then claim, you are entitled to. You are the innocent party so should not feel guilty. All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.0 -
My wife had a small bump many years ago, developed neck problems that need regular visits to chiropracter. For your own welfare get checked out, claim if you are advised that you might suffer in the future.:grouphug: Threewheeler0
