Spare Key

Hi All,

I purchased a Fiat Punto in mid April from Stoneacre, who are a Fiat dealer, and was told they would either provide the spare key or would be able to get me a new one given that they are a main dealer. I was told I would be called soon when I could come in to get some mats that were also missing, and a key, however I was never contacted. Life happened, and I forgot about it until I took my car in for service last week, when I asked about it I was told to contact sales.

Having contacted sales they have said the guy who served me has left, and it was too long ago now so there's nothing they can do, I can have the mats but will have to pay £120 for the key. Is there anything I can do here?

Thanks for any help you can provide,

Ryan
