Damage claim - help please

can anyone help at moment sitting battered and bruised from being rear ended at red lights from staionay position and prpelled a minimum of 8 feet into car in front...

Painfully spoke to insurance today, who wouldn't let me off phone. this % rule for repair..

I know my car is not worth very much financially as I have had it from new and looked after it. it is a 52 plate... this could be me but it they have broke my car then they or their insurance should put it right whatever the damage cost... they broke it... I do not want insurance just paying out because companies cut deals so what are my options can anyone help me please on how to deal with insurance company. last time I had an accident other persons fault I contacted their insurance and they paid.... for repair..

So can someone explain to me why if some one breaks your car ins companies wont pay to repair it I think I am going to get ripped of here, no pay out and no car especially as it was in extremely imaculate condition..

Inform your own insurance company if the other party wont pay up.


That's what you pay them for.
