Rubbish quality - not nice experience in solving problem either.. I have a BillyOH childrens playhouse in the garden that is pouring orange paint / stain and my 3 yr old can't play in (I found this out when he got covered in the stuff the first time he played in it) They said water soluble is on specs and I should have known. No other options as they can't provide refund / accept return as it is already been put up. After 3 attempts 2 by email with images of the stain wiping off, and 1 by phone as I gave up waiting for a response after 9 days, so they offered a £10 refund...which doesn't cover me having to go and buy a non-watersoluble paint /sealant which would have been the decent thing to do. Really poor show as providing products to go outdoors in UK - and they said as water soluble it is because of the rain that it came off... really?!! Dumb. Also greedy as quality is compromised which for children's products is unacceptable.

Non water soluble would probably breach some H&S aspect.

I remember what it was like to get paint out of brushes when i was younger, now you just dip it into a jug of water and the brush comes out like new. (slight exaggeration maybe) but much easier than paint from the past.

How old is the item, had a change to fully cure and weather before the rains started?
