Best way to sync Outlook calendar?

I have a pc with Outlook 10 and Windows 10.
I have a laptop with Outlook 13 and Windows 10.
I have a couple of iPhones and iPads.
What's the best way to synchronise Outlook calendar between all devices?

The best way I know of is if you have a Microsoft Exchange Email account, not cheap though.

Alternatively you can use Google gmail sync which is free.

For windows 10 I use 'One Calendar' app on all my machines and it works well for me. I also have it on my windows phone.
