Santander charged interest on my credit card

I'm fuming
I knew that my 18 month 0% interest free deal on my Santander credit card was coming to an end shortly. In my October statement, the estimated interest was clearly shown as 0% and the direct debit payment set to a minimum. I have now received my November statement and have been charged interest to the tune of £90. Is this normal practice?
I've been trying to find out the expiry date of my 0% deal and can't find it anywhere on the on-line details or statements.
I've complained to Santander and will probably pay a visit to the branch at the weekend too! I'm livid!!!!!

Is this a 1-2-3 credit card? On each and every one of my 1-2-3 statements (going back over 12 months now), at the foot of the transactions list, both my 0% period end dates (different for BTs and purchases) are very clearly shown.

Maybe look a little closer in this area?

At the bottom of my transactions, each BT is listed separately
    Balance Transfer Interest 0.00
    Balance £x,xxx.xx Interest 0.000% to 03-04-2017
    Balance £x,xxx.xx Interest 0.000% to 03-04-2017

Strangely, Santander seem to have 2 different formats for their 123 credit card statements.

My wife and I each have separate 123 CC accounts.

Mine had the 18 month 0% till October 2015
My statements did not show the end date of the offer, after the transactions, or anywhere else.

Hers has the 2 years 0% till February 2017
Her statements show the BT and purchases amounts, interest rates and end dates clearly after the transactions, as noted by YorkshireBoy and molerat.

However, with regard to the "Estimated Interest next month £0.00" which misled Mrs Z, the text on the back of the statement says:
†Estimated interest is an indication of how much interest will show on your next month’s statement. This figure is based on the minimum payment reaching us on the payment due date, no further transactions being made before your next statement, and no changes to the statement date or interest rates (including any promotional rates coming to an end).

It can be frustrating when you have several balance transfers on a single card and the list shows only the date of the transfer and the % rate with no mention of the term or expiry date. I always get a balance transfer expiry message though, usually well hidden at the bottom of the statement but there nevertheless (not Santander; don't have Santander card).
You should know or at least be able to determine when the balance transfer was made. You should also be able to remember the term, although I must admit that where I have made several over the course of many months on one card using existing customer offers I have found myself in a position of not really being sure exactly when each one would expire, which I regard as entirely my own fault for not writing the info down at the time. But I always get a reasonable warning with the balance transfer expiry messages and get them paid off in time.
What I am trying to say here is that although you are justifiably angry that you have had to pay all that interest, the only person to be angry with is yourself and I really don't think you have any valid grievance against Santander.
Vortigern is correct about the estimated interest. It is an estimate based on you making the minimum payment on the date due and there being no other transactions or changes of any sort and the bit about promotional rates coming to an end is always clearly stated.

Hi - I have an update! After my complaint, Santander promptly called me today and offered to pay back the interested charged and £30 for the trouble which I gladly accepted. £30 will go to a charity nearer Xmas. Mine is not a 123 credit card and when I was receiving paper statements, the 0% expiry deal date was clearly visible. Once I moved to eStatements I can not find it shown anywhere at all. Apparently, I am not only one affected. 5* to Santander to resolving this quickly (and apologies for the lack of paragraphs, my computer is playing up!).
