keep losing tool bars from top and bottom of screen please help

    Bit more info. would be nice. Windows on its own doesn't have toolbars. Do you mean IE screen, or every screen? Which toolbars? etc etc.

    the blue bar on the bottom of the screen ( XP) that has start on it and the browser bar ( only when I am on Line)

    Right click on the Task bar, Properties, Uncheck Auto hide the taskbar and then Lock the taskbar.

    Also try pressing F11 when you are running the browser.
