Prickly Heat/Heat Rash - Anyone else get it ?

Another day of itching and scratching endured. But some bits seem to be going down ..... but the rash on the hands and ears is a !!!!!!.

I've tried the lemon juice & bacarb of soda - worked slightly but still very itchy at times. Going to the chemists tomorrow to try some of the other suggestions ..... calomine first because I remember that from when I was a kid.

Thanks everyone for all the replies. Was feeling a bit ' odd ' as noone I know suffers from this. It's been a very ' indoors ' weekend for me.
