I'll be honest with you if I get people writing to me in foreign languages I block them - I can read French and Spanish to a reasonable standard but the problem is if the buyer is writing in a foreign language it means their English is'nt good and they may have problems with reading and understanding listing descriptions!

Not being xenophobic or anything - the last thing you want are overseas returns because they missed something in a listing due to language subtleties.

Yes well having a lot of problems with this buyer. Keeps changing mind about what she wants, asking for a discount, questioning my integrity, worried about not receiving items in time... And sending me dozens of messages in Caps Lock.

Just cancel and block.

Choose Cancel reason as 'buyer and seller could not agree terms' if they used another site than Ebay.co.uk to bid (you may need to log onto their home site) or otherwise Cancel with 'Buyer asked to cancel or issue with buyer's address' if they bought via Ebay.co.uk

Personally if I get post sales messages with buyer's worrying or message bombardment I also cancel, so I think you've got very good cause to cancel block and just move on.

Just be aware that if you cancel then buyer can still leave feedback, but sometimes it's worth risking a new if your gut feeling says it is going to go bad.

Alternatively, stop communicating with buyer, and just open an NPB case.
