I think I managed to get the Halifax off my back... they called last night and when I answered they hung up!! But today they called my mobile and I spoke to someone there, she basically gave me a lecture on why I was still spending money on non-essential stuff on my debit card if I was unemployed!! I admit I did spend money on a few silly things but the main thing was on the emergency vet bill so I guess it swings in roundabouts... Anyway they have put my account on hold for 7 days which means by the time they ring me again I will be well and truly bankrupt! :)

Qucik question if anyone can help... Just printing my form off, all 35 pages of it! On the website it says you need to take 3 copies to the court with you, well when I spoke to them last week the guy told me to bring only 1 copy!!! What do you think I should do, take an extra 1 just incase? :)

The court needs more than one copy. At the very least one is required for the OR and one for your own records, and I think a third is retained by the court in their records.

However, some courts request that you provide all these, while others will photocopy your original on the day (as mine did). So if your court is asking for one then I expect they will make any required copies for you. Might be an idea to double check with them again though.
