Should I use seller's freepost return label?

Hey
I bought a referbed kindle from a company on Ebay it stopped working within a day. Should I open a case or should I use the freepost label included with the invoice? My worry is that if I send it back freepost they could simply claim it didn't arrive.

I would have a close look at their reviews and then decide
If you don't find joy in the snow,
remember you'll have less joy in your life
...but still have the same amount of snow!0 -
If the label does not look like it is tracked then I would open a case. As you said, there is nothing to stop them saying it never arrived. They are most likely honest but you never know.0

I had a very similar issue recently.
Ask them for a pre-paid label to send it back tracked. Message them first about it and open a case if they won't do anything.0 -
Thanks for all the replies

Might be worth paying the extra £1.10 to send it 'Signed for' or one of the other Royal Mail tracking services."For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."0
