New boiler faulty or rubbish installer?

Hi my sister had a new boiler fitted about 6 weeks ago. It has not worked properly since installation. After several calls and texts the installer came out and reset it. Still not working properly, he was due to come out again yesterday, but now a family problem is stopping him coming out till next week. Boiler swtiches itself on at random times, over heats and pressure is very high. He now is saying it is under warranty, but I think the problem is thermostat linked. Any advice?

Even if you contact the manufacturer, it's unlikely you'll get someone out until next week anyway. I'd give the installer one more time to come out.0
