Scarp that, I don't think you can.0

I'm pretty sure there's none.0

Unfortunately there are none as posted above me.
Nationwide offer a basic bank account which will allow you to add your debit card to Apple Pay.
See: http://www.nationwide.co.uk/products/current-accounts/cash-card/features-and-benefits
Edit: from the 1st of December the Visa Debit card offered on the new FlexBasic account will come with a contactless card (or you can request one from Nationwide). It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. That's good to know about nationwide but I been refused a basic account with them not long ago as well as HSBC, TSB and LLdys all on basic accounts.
Been with natwest over 3 years accounts been excellent never had failed direct debits or been overdrawn and they still won't give me a current account annoying really.
I know HSBC use there own in house scoring system to asses customers accounts.0 -

If you don't mind me asking is there a particular reason you are being declined from opening a Basic Account? It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0
