stolen parcel

Seeking advice, my parcel was apparently successfully delivered and signed for by my household however, the parcel is not at my house.
I have spoken to ASOS the retailer and they sent me a copy of the signature who signed for my parcel and it is my name but forged, I am not receiving any advice from the courier or retailer as it is pending investigation. what are the rights of a missing parcel, will I get a refund?

How is your house set up? Is it an apartment building or a regular house?

If they have delivered it to your door and someone else has signed for it you have a much bigger problem as someone has broken into your house....
