Sugar free biscuits

Hi Folks
Does anyone know where I can get some reasonably priced sugar free biscuits for my 89 year old aunty? She is diabetic and I know lower sugar should be ok in moderation but she is adamant that she wants
sugar free and frankly I'm not arguing she is quite formidable!
Thanks

Why not make some using Splenda instead of sugar. Splenda is heat stable0

If you're beyond the point of reasoning, the 99p store has the Gullon brand (light blue packaging). Do warn your aunt that too much Xylitol can be an osmotic laxative, though
Take a look at this thread: http://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/threads/sugar-free-and-aspartame-free.66525/Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Have you had a look at, for instance, "raw food" boards on Pinterest. Quite often healthy cookies/cakes are featured on ones like that. You still have to differentiate between those that call themselves healthy and you read down and see that one of the ingredients is sugar (or Splenda or xylitol) and those that really ARE healthy - but I've noticed a reasonable number of genuinely healthy type recipes on that sort of Board.
I guess your relative knows which healthy sweetenings are okay with diabetics (eg out of genuine maple syrup/date syrup/coconut "sugar"/etc)?? - as I'm not au fait with specific diabetic requirements and so am presuming that "no sugar" means exactly that, ie "no sugar".0 -

As a diabetic I have been told to avoid diabetic foods because they are expensive, make you run to the loo if you eat too many and taste awful.
I have never been a biscuit eater but I do like my choccy and I buy the 85% Moser Roth Ginger chocolate from Aldi (New in this year), it is great because it is actually packaged into small bars, so no temptation to eat the lot in one sitting and at £1.19 it is real value
Besides chocolate is low GI and even the hospital says you can allow yourself a small treat once in a while xBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Jacob's Cream Crackers don't have any sugar. I've been eating them for years as sugar gives me zits.0
