Once the belt is tightened correctly so it is not slipping, see if the issue cures itself.

Some belts squeak despite being tightened. Try some Rocol belt dressing.

I always used Exide Premium with the 4 year warranty and I always get one more powerful than recommended. My Landrover has had one in there over 4 years now and my Vauxhall has had one over 3 years and both register as being in excellent condition on a battery tester I borrowed recently.

does "low voltage" have a number

it's cold, there is more drain on the electrics in winter, and batteries don't work as well, neither of which point to a replacement being needed

if the alternator is spinning, it's probably charging, - check the voltage with engine off and engine on, should be around 11.5 or above, and 14 or above. A bit of noise first thing in the morning doesn't necessarily mean there is a big issue
