Prepaid cards often don't work on pumps
Ocado does the pre-auth of £1 but doesn't debit the full amount of the shop until the day after the shop (in case of returns/refunds etc) - so you can have the pre-auth go through, receive the shop and then the full payment declined once you have the goods (umm might have accidentally BTDT):eek::eek::eek: LBM 11/05/2010 - WE DID IT - DMP of £62000 paid off in 7 years:jDFD April20170 -
Where did it say that? If I filled up all three cars in my household using the card I normally use for such purchases I would also go over my overdraft limit. Doesn't mean I have no money.
The OP referred to them getting themselves in trouble.
If they have the money to transfer then there's no trouble.0
