    Hi Krista

In order to offer Trust Deeds, a firm must be licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority and hold the relevant qualifications. Whether they provide a good, competent service is another matter altogether. It is important to shop around until you find a firm you are comfortable employing.

Avoid responding to any unsolicited emails and cold calls, and instead contact the company in question directly.

There are numerous lookalike websites that resemble legitimate providers, as well as "brokers" who will pass your details to multiple providers, some of whom may not be legitimate.

You should always seek impartial advice first before committing to a serious option like a Trust Deed, whether from us, Stepchange, Citizens Advice or another free service.

this is what i am trying to convey here and beware rest.
i received unsolicited email from an FCA registered firm.
my information is leaked without my intentions. really bad experience, you never want to know anyone you are in debt, and here it is marketed. lolz.
  • i also experienced the same. Joe from trustdeedscotland contacted me with all my queries. i was surprised how they came to know while i never contacted them and on my inquiry he simply said, he came to know from resources.
i also believe they have some super human traits.
