sky in another room

Options
Hi again, I know this is possible and have tried it before with wireless video senders but my internet connection interferes with it. I want the sky tv in my bedroom but am not prepared to pay a extra 10 pounds for sky multiroom. is this possible?

You don't really need satellite quality cable just to pipe the signal upstairs.

  • If you get the little "magic eye mouse" thingy you can even turn the sky over, I had one for years and they are very good. Now I have had the whole house wired up by an aerial man so that I can turn the sky over from any room in the house - that was a one off payment to get the system in and working.

In actual fact he did better than we wanted, you see my Mum lives in the granny annexe and therefore we do have the multiroom. When he wired up the telly's he did it so that we can CHOOSE which of the Sky boxes we watch from, therefore when my toddler is watchign Cbeebies in the living room I can take over Mums box and watch something else in the kitchen.
The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j
