Just thought I would give you guys the heads up with this one before the offer ends really soon!
The Yorkshire Bank basic account is fine for bankrupts as well but the offer is due to expire in the next few days.
Or you can open a general current account its really easy to open simply call or apply online, you get debit card, online, mobile, and phone banking.
Well worth 5 mins on the phone for £150.. Got my cash today :-)

Seems you were a bit late to the party as many of us filled our boots when you could switch multiple times.
Good idea perhaps to post in the YB/CB switch thread that the current offer is about to expire. Also some hints and tips on how you completed the switch in 5 minutes on the phone as it seems to have taken most of us a great deal longer.

I registered online for the Direct account last night, also took about 5 minutes. I guess OP also chose no overdraft.
OP how long did you wait between opening & receiving cashback?Mortgage (Nov 15): £79,950 | Mortgage (May 19): £71,754 | Mortgage (Sep 22): £0
Cashback sites: £900 | £30k in 2016: £30,300 (101%)0 -
IIRC, the bonus is for switching, not just for opening.0

Yeah but OP said he received the cash so presumably his 5 minute phone call wasn't very recent.Mortgage (Nov 15): £79,950 | Mortgage (May 19): £71,754 | Mortgage (Sep 22): £0
