A Prize Winner Voucher for the Prize will be sent by email to the Prize Winner within 28 days of
receipt of the Winner’s acknowledgement email.
Booking is required for the flights and for the hotel and the bookings are the responsibility of the
Winner. Flights are subject to availability and are not available during Christmas, New Year, school
and Bank holidays, and must be booked and taken by 1
st December 2016.
The Prize Winner and their Guest are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically
included in the Prize (such as but not limited to accommodation and transportation to and from the
departing and the destination airport, extra legroom seating, priority boarding etc) and any meals,
drinks, gratuities, spending money and any incidental expenses incurred while on holiday other than
those stated as included.
