My DAS is complete :j
Had a look at my Credit File on Experian and all but 3 of my delinquent files have gone.
2 of my debts seem to have been sold onto Arrow Global Ltd. Both these accounts were in default so I expect that they will remain on my file until the defaults expire Jan 16 & June 16.
Both these accounts also show monies still outstanding, which i assume is the interest these accounts would have accrued, but which under the terms of a DAS should be written off.
What can i expect Arrow to do in the meantime - am i likely to receive some kite flying mail?
The 3rd account, with a credit card provider, was never placed on default but marked as an arrangement to pay. Am i correct in thinking that this could be marked now as settled but remain as such on my report for the next 6yrs?
thanksinadvance

You can complain saying that the defaulted account balances should be zeroed and marked as satisfied in some way. Given that they will not be on your file much longer anyway, could well not be worth the bother though.
The one that is not in default will stay for 6 year from the settlement date recorded. If you don't think that is right themn complain that it should also be a default.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
