Evening all,
Its been cold all day today, overslept as DD1 and I stayed up very late watching a silly film......lovely to see her as I didnt know that she was coming for the weekend so nice surprise. She took us out for brunch before heading off with DD4 to do some Christmas shopping........wish she was nearer so that we could do this kind of thing more often!
Hester....glad that your birthday went well......nothing like having the grandchildren around, is there?
To extend the lazy day theme, we had Chinese takeaway for dinner......really what I shouldnt be eating, will start again tomorrow. Enjoyed the Chinese meal, havent had one for ages.
Both OH and I love avocadoes, bymistake today we bought 2 nets.......10 avocadoes, will try to persuade both DD1 and DD4 to have some......DS3 has already turned down my offer!
