No you are not. Email your comments to POPLA because you can't attach a PDF to the comments box but they don't mind an email with the POPLA code in the subject line, asking them to add the PDF as your comments, to the case file.

You've not said if it's alleged 'overstay' or alleged 'not using the secret keypad instore which was never adequately brought to the driver's attention'. Both rebuttable but in different ways, as mentioned above.

I get the feeling this person works for parking eye to be honest. Do the parking company need to reply with their contract or what they have done will be enough? I will obviously refute and suggest the job title and what it says below sounds like an employee of parking eye. Thanks
