Land Lease - electric substation

Hi, currently going through a right to buy on our family home. All going well but I have a query which hopefully someone might be able to help out with on here.
In the back garden there is a small substation approx 10ft square area. The area on the plans is marked out as a "land lease" and is within the link shaded area I am buying but the land leased area is shaded abit stronger but still in pink.
I am going to confirm a few things with the council Monday but If this is part of the area I am buying off the council what does this mean? Do I now lease the land to the electricity company? Does this require more legal fees etc etc??

This is a job for your solicitor. "Lease" could mean anything - how long? - could be 20 years, could be 999. Do they pay a ground rent to the owner (currently the LA, soon to be you) - which could be worth having, or a nominal £1 a year?
It will be recorded somewhere, and your solicitor will be able to find it. probably you will have to accept the terms as they are, though.0 -
The substation will be on a separate lease and the council will remain the landlord. The principle of right to buy is that you buy the property you are currently leasing from the council - that doesn't include the substation.
(in relation to the substation site itself, that is - if its lease includes rights for cables, access etc affecting your property then your title will be subject to those)0
