Who does HSBC Report to?

I have a Noddle account and my HSBC data is very out of date, i.e. Mortgage, loan and credit card information. Last updated 30.09.2015, had my new report a couple of days ago. I spoke with HSBC a couple of weeks ago and they assured me that they send details to the CRA monthly, so I wondered if HSBC perhaps does not update all three agencies. Does anyone know if this is the case and if so which one d they use.
On an aside, just an opinion, it would be so much easier if there was just one central credit agency instead of 3 and everyone reported to just that one. What is the point of having more than one and then only giving a half baked picture of your credit history. Of course that must be too logical and probably unprofitable! They could charge the lenders a fee to use it, but no doubt the lender will pass the expense onto the consumer.

I don't understand this ? Who would charge who ? No-one forces you to pay to check a credit score. They're not worth the paper they're written on anyway.0 -
